PROGRAMMING

In addition to providing a space for group meetings and events, ECOLE seeks to provide alternative education programming for members of the McGill, Milton Parc, and Montréal sustainability communities.  This includes workshops, discussions, film screenings, and more!  If you have ideas for collaborative programming or would like to join ECOLE’s programming subcommittee, email us at ecoleproject@gmail.com — we’d love to work with you!

Budding Ideas:  Celebrating Community Research

We here at ECOLE are enthused to be wrapping up our pilot year and are eager to share all of the lessons we’ve learned over the past few months.  And with the impending creation of the ECOLE Project Fund via SSMU following a successful referendum question, we’re looking to the future of ECOLE as a student-run research institute for sustainability… and we want to celebrate!  Join us for an evening of workshops, panel discussions, applied student research presentations, and celebration, Friday April 10th from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the ECOLE House (3559 rue University)!  The full details are available on the facebook page.

Cinéma ÉCOLE

CINÉMA ÉCOLE is a sustainability film and discussion series organized by ECOLE. It takes bi-weekly on Thursday evenings at the ECOLE house and strives to be a space for informal discussion and real talk about sustainability.

This program will be kicking off 2015 with a screening of the documentary film Honour Your Word.  For the full schedule, visit the Cinéma ECOLE page under the “Programming” tab.
